Barista

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our highly motivated team. This is a role suitable for someone knowledgeable and passionate about providing splendid service. The right person must have an outgoing personality and creative flair, whilst being at ease chatting to our guests and at the same time delivering warm yet professional service. They need to have a strong hospitality background and an irresistible personality.

• Passion for speciality coffee

• Competent and confident when making coffee

• Great attention to details

• Ability to work and act independently whilst part of a small dedicated team

• Ability to have meaningful interactions with all guests and team members

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

• Open to share ideas from your own travels and help develop and shape The Pilgrm culture

• Contribute to a positive team environment

• Willing to help in Front of House Operations

• Key person who can shape the overall guest experience
