What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a specialty coffee setting. Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles. Proficiency in espresso extraction, latte art, and milk texturing techniques. Ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a relentless pursuit of exceptional guest service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Taking responsibility for opening the business when scheduled.
