• Experience with batch brew (Moccamaster) and hand brewing methods
• Minimum 3 years working in a specialty coffee shop
• Great customer service — friendly, remembers regulars, makes people feel welcome
• Team player — happy to run food, help with dishes, and support the team. Must be comfortable contributing to wider drinks service—including juices, teas, sodas, and wines as well as light food prep
• Basic understanding of food hygiene, allergens, and safety standards
• Makes sure daily cleaning, restocking, and checklist tasks are done & keeps manager in the loop
• Happy to work weekends and holidays as needed

• 20-35 hours a week on average
• £12.5 - £13 per hour (plus service charge) DOE
