We are currently hiring for a part-time Senior Barista to join our growing team in Central London.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is passionate about specialty coffee and great service
Has strong barista skills, including dialling in espresso, and pouring consistently great latte art
Has experience with different brew methods, especially for understanding extraction
Can lead by example and help train and support junior staff
Has a friendly, professional attitude and enjoys working with people
Is eager to learn and grow with us as we build something special
At CONA, we work with top-tier equipment including La Marzocco KB90, Mahlkönig E80, and EK43.
