- Assist with hands-on workshops at the acclaimed Brew School and innovative xBloom bar
- Guide attendees on a sensory coffee journey exploring origin, roast, flavour notes, and brewing methods
- Support the use of premium brewing tools from brands like Hario, Wilfa, and Comandante Grinder
- Help ensure all activities run smoothly for festival-goers
